P.E. Class week of 4/27/20 Video
This week's video will focus on plyometric and agility workouts. (no equipment needed). There will be a lot of leg work doing jumping and hopping. This will make you faster, jump higher, and will push your endurance to new limits. This is the same workout I do on my own to help me with all the sports I play. EMPHASIS ON SOFT LANDING!!! Land on your tip toes. Enjoy!
